Bullet naan is a spicy naan bread popular in Indian cuisine. It is the traditional naan bread dough, that once rolled out, is topped with chili and cooked over high heat to get the classic naan char.

Usually served at breakfast or, sometimes, with afternoon tea (especially Kashmiri tea!). This is because Kashmiri naan has a sweet, nutty taste.
